Knives, Axes, Swords, and Related Blade Terms and Conditions

The user agrees that selling knives, axes and swords are restricted to few areas and it is his/her responsibility to check local laws before posting the axes, knives and swords. In few instances, a knife is unmistakably a weapon, however, other times it is a useful tool, decorative item or a toy.

The user agrees that there are a few weapons that can’t be listed on the site due to the state and federal government laws and regulations. Here are a few items that are not allowed to sell:

• Dual-action knives, automatic knives, butterfly knives, Balisong knives, gravity knives etc.
• Disguised knives, belt buckle knives, writing pen knives etc are not allowed by federal government.
• Paratrooper knives, push knives (also called push daggers, punch knives, T-handled knives, replica or imitation switchblades are also not allowed to list.
• Switchable knives where blades open automatically are not allowed to list (for instance pressing a button or through gravity)
• Imitation axes that look real
• Sword canes
• Airsoft guns/knives, or any other imitation firearm that could be converted to shoot a dangerous projectile
• Axes that glorify human suffering or tragedies, including items that commemorate or honor serial killers
• Sansetsukon or three-section staffs
• Dart guns, Blow guns, Flare guns or flares, Powerheads, cannons, Potato guns, launchers, Disguised stun guns etc.
• Billy clubs, Nightsticks, batons, PR 24s, war clubs, Monadnock batons, tonfas, truncheons, ASPs, and items similar to these.
• Raised knuckle guard knives or knuckle dusters
• Axes that attempt to exploit disasters or human tragedies
• Axes that encourage, glorify, or celebrate acts of violence against individuals or groups
• Throwing weapons for example Ninja stars & throwing cards
• Nunchakus, two-section staffs, or chain sticks
• Slung shots, Saps, sandbags, sand clubs, or blackjacks

The firearms that do not have blaze orange barrel markings are also not allowed to sell. In case we found the markings are fake or temporary, we may even remove your listings. The assault weapons are also not allowed to sell.

There are some items which are restricted to list on the website such as:

• Parts for switch-blades, provided they can’t be used to create a complete switchblade. As a seller, you are allowed to list items individually, one listing at a time.
• Butterfly knives having holes and that couldn’t be sharpened
• In case you want to list spring-assisted knives, you must ensure that there is a manual movement of the blade by thumb that must be visible on the blade.

We allow non-usable, decorative items to be sold, as long as they are not listed under the prohibited terms, so sellers must take proper precautions while listings the items on the site (in order to make sure they are law-compliant).

In case you think the item is not listed both under the allowed or restricted category, you can contact us personally by sending an email. However, we will not be able to provide the legal advice pertaining to your item, so we recommend you to fully educate/inform yourself to a legal expert. If we have ideas about any item that could be listed on the site we will inform you otherwise we recommend you to contact legal experts in your local areas to ask. In case a knife is a weapon it is not allowed to post on the site, whether it is listed in the specified category or not.

You are not allowed to use or access the site if you:

1. Are unable to enter into legally binding contracts.
2. Are under 18 years old.
3. Have been suspended from using the site.

Based on your local laws, a person who is over 15 years of age but less than 18 years of age is allowed to access the site under parents’ guidance or permission of the owner of the account. Despite this, the account holder is to be held responsible for everything that occurs on the account. The site has the right to refuse to allow an individual to register with us, based on our sole discretion.

In case we find that the item you listed in non-qualifying, we hold the rights to remove your listing right away. In case we determine the description or images of products are fake and not in line with the terms of our site, we are even allowed to remove the listing without informing you. In case we find any fraudulent activity under your account, we reserve the rights to suspend your account as well. In no event are we, our related entities, our affiliates or employees to be held liable, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or any other form, for:

1. Any loss of funds or profits, whether direct or indirect, that you incur
2. Any damages that you incur, whether they be direct, indirect, incidental or consequential
3. Any claim, damage or loss that you incur as caused any transaction that you make on the site

The limitations on our liability as shown above shall apply whether or not we and all of our related entities as aforementioned have been advised of the risk of such losses. We specifically limit our liability in the case of the breach of a non-excludable warranty implied by legislation to the following remedies (the choice of which remains under our sole discretion).
